- Store-bought tortilla chips10 oz bag
- Salsa verde2 cups
- Vegetable oil1 tbsp
- Shredded Monterey Jack cheese1 cup
- Sour cream1/2 cup
- Sliced jalapeñosfor topping
- Cilantro, freshfor garnish
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Heat salsa verde in a saucepan with 1 tbsp vegetable oil over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper.

Add tortilla chips to the warm salsa and stir gently to coat. Cook for 2-3 minutes until chips are slightly softened.

Transfer to serving plates. Top with shredded Monterey Jack cheese, a dollop of sour cream, sliced jalapeños, and fresh cilantro.
