Ingredients
- Spaghetti1 pound
- Ground Beef1 pound
- Butter1/2 cup
- Garlic4 cloves, minced
- Heavy Cream1/2 cup
- Parmesan Cheese, grated1/2 cup
- Red Pepper Flakes1/4 teaspoon
- Saltto taste
- Black Pepperto taste
- Fresh Parsley, chopped2 tablespoons

Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain, reserving about 1 cup of pasta water.

While pasta cooks, brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain excess fat.

Add butter to the skillet with the beef. Once melted, add minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.

Reduce heat to low. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth.

Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet with the sauce. Toss to coat. If the sauce is too thick, add reserved pasta water a tablespoon at a time until desired consistency is reached.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Stir in chopped fresh parsley.
