Ingredients
- Yellow onions2 large
- All-purpose flour1 cup
- Cornstarch1/2 cup
- Paprika1 tsp
- Garlic powder1 tsp
- Cayenne pepper1/4 tsp
- Salt1 tsp
- Black pepper1/2 tsp
- Water1/2 cup
- Vegetable oil for frying4 cups

Slice onions thinly and separate into rings.
