Ingredients
- Peri-Peri sauce (store-bought or homemade)1/2 cup
- Lemon juice2 tbsp
- Garlic powder1 tsp
- Smoked paprika1 tsp
- Salt1/2 tsp
- Black pepper1/4 tsp
- Chicken breast or thighs (boneless, skinless)1.5 lbs
- Wooden or metal skewers8-10
- Lemon wedges (for serving)4

Prepare marinade: In a bowl, whisk together peri-peri sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

Cut chicken into 1-inch cubes. Add chicken to the marinade, toss to coat, and let sit for at least 15 minutes (or up to 1 hour in the refrigerator).

If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.

Thread chicken onto skewers.

Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Grill skewers for 8-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and slightly charred. Baste with any remaining marinade during the last few minutes of cooking.
