  • Chicken breast or thighs (boneless, skinless)1.5 lbs
  • Wooden or metal skewers8-10
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)4

Steps

    Prepare marinade: In a bowl, whisk together peri-peri sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

    Cut chicken into 1-inch cubes. Add chicken to the marinade, toss to coat, and let sit for at least 15 minutes (or up to 1 hour in the refrigerator).

    If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
