Ingredients
- Boneless chicken breast, cubed500g
- Canned diced tomatoes400g
- Onion, finely chopped1 medium
- Ginger-garlic paste2 tbsp
- Cooking oil3 tbsp
- Garam masala1.5 tsp
- Coriander powder1 tsp
- Red chili powder1/2 tsp
- Saltto taste
- Fresh cilantro, choppedfor garnish

Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until softened.

Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 30 seconds.

Add cubed chicken and cook until lightly browned on all sides.

Stir in diced tomatoes, garam masala, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.

Bring to a simmer, then cover and cook for 10-15 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened slightly.

Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve immediately.
