  • Turkey Breast3-4 lbs
  • Lemon1, sliced
  • Olive Oil2 tbsp
  • Garlic3 cloves, minced
  • Dried Italian Herbs1 tbsp
  • Fresh Parsley1/4 cup, chopped
  • Fresh Dill2 tbsp, chopped
  • Salt1 tsp
  • Black Pepper1/2 tsp
  • Water1/2 cup

Steps

    Pat the turkey breast dry. Season with salt and pepper.

    In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, dried Italian herbs, chopped parsley, and chopped dill.

    Rub the herb and oil mixture all over the turkey breast.

    Place lemon slices on top of the turkey breast and around it in the slow cooker.

    Pour water into the bottom of the slow cooker.

    Cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 5-7 hours, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
