Ingredients
- Beef chuck roast3-4 lbs
- Dry ranch salad dressing mix1 packet
- Dry au jus gravy mix1 packet
- Butter1/2 cup
- Water1 cup
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Place the beef chuck roast in a slow cooker.

Sprinkle the dry ranch salad dressing mix and dry au jus gravy mix evenly over the roast.

Place the butter pats on top of the roast.
