Ingredients
- Ground beef1 lb
- Elbow macaroni8 oz
- Onion, chopped1/2 cup
- Garlic, minced2 cloves
- Diced tomatoes, undrained14.5 oz can
- Beef broth2 cups
- Milk1 cup
- Tomato paste2 tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce1 tsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Shredded cheddar cheese1 cup

Brown the ground beef in a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.

Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the diced tomatoes, beef broth, milk, tomato paste, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir to combine.
