Ingredients
- Ground Beef500g
- Yellow Onion1 medium
- Garlic3 cloves
- Tomato Paste2 tbsp
- Crushed Tomatoes800g
- Beef Broth100ml
- Dried Oregano1 tsp
- Dried Basil1 tsp
- Saltto taste
- Black Pepperto taste

Brown the ground beef in a large pot over medium-high heat. Drain excess fat.

Add chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Stir in minced garlic and tomato paste, cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add crushed tomatoes, beef broth, oregano, and basil. Stir well.

Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for at least 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
