  • Ground ginger1/2 tsp
  • Frozen peas and carrots mix1/2 cup
  • Cooked rice, for serving4 cups
  • Chives or green onions, chopped2 tbsp
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste

    In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, ketchup, honey (or brown sugar), garlic powder, and ground ginger.

    Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it up, until browned. Drain excess fat.
