- Garlic1 clove
- White Wine50ml
- Parmesan Cheese40g

Cook gnocchi in salted boiling water until they float. Drain.

Thinly slice the smoked prosciutto. Mince garlic and finely chop half of the sage leaves.

In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and chopped sage, sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).

Add sliced smoked prosciutto and cook until slightly crisped.

Pour in white wine and let it reduce by half.

Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook for 3-4 minutes until sauce thickens. Stir in Parmesan cheese.

Season with salt and black pepper. Add the cooked gnocchi and toss to coat.
