Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

In a bowl, combine ground lamb, 75g crumbled feta cheese, grated onion, chopped mint, chopped oregano, egg, and breadcrumbs.

Season with salt and black pepper. Mix gently until just combined.

Form into meatballs.

Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear meatballs for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.

Alternatively, place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Place in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes.

Remove from oven. Sprinkle the extra crumbled feta cheese over the meatballs.

Return to the oven for 5-7 minutes, until the feta is slightly softened and warmed through.
