- Egg yolk1
- Fresh chives2 tbsp chopped
- Fresh parsley2 tbsp chopped
- Black pepper1/4 tsp
- Butter (for brushing)30g

For the dough: Mix flour, egg, melted butter, salt, and water. Knead until smooth. Let rest for 30 minutes.

For the filling: Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, egg yolk, chopped chives, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Roll out the dough thinly on a floured surface. Spread the savory filling evenly.

Roll up the dough tightly and seal the edges.

Cut into smaller portions (approx. 4-5 cm wide).

Place in a greased baking dish.
