Prepare the dough: Mix flour, egg, milk, melted butter, and salt until a smooth, elastic dough forms. Let it rest for 30 minutes.

Prepare the filling: Combine grated pumpkin, ricotta cheese, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix well.

Roll out the dough thinly on a floured surface.

Spread the pumpkin filling evenly over the dough, leaving a small border.

Roll up the dough tightly, like a strudel.

Cut the roll into 2-3 cm thick slices.
