- Heavy cream150 ml
- All-purpose flour300 g

Grate zucchini and squeeze out excess water.

Fry the diced bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels, reserving some bacon fat.

In a bowl, whisk eggs, heavy cream, Gruyere cheese, salt, and pepper.

Add grated zucchini and crispy bacon to the egg mixture. Stir well.

Prepare the dough: Melt butter and mix with flour, a pinch of salt, and enough water to form a pliable dough. Knead until smooth.

Roll out the dough thinly on a floured surface.

Spread the zucchini-bacon filling evenly over the dough.

Roll up the dough with the filling to form a strudel.

Place in a greased baking dish. Brush the top with reserved bacon fat or melted butter.
