Prepare the dough: Mix flour, egg, oil, warm water, and salt. Knead until smooth. Let rest for 40 minutes.

Prepare the filling: Peel, core, and chop apples. Mix with chopped walnuts, honey, sugar, and cinnamon.

Stretch the dough thinly on a floured surface or tablecloth.

Brush the dough with melted butter. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Spread the apple-walnut-honey filling evenly.

Roll up the strudel carefully. Seal the edges.

Place on a baking sheet, brush with butter.
