- Puff pastry1 package (approx. 500g)
- Brown sugar150 g
- Cinnamon1.5 tsp
- Nutmeg0.5 tsp
- Lemon juice1 tbsp
- Egg (for wash)1
- Powdered sugar (for dusting)as needed
- Saltpinch

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, combine pumpkin puree, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Mix well.

Thaw puff pastry according to package instructions. Unroll the pastry sheets.

Spread the pumpkin mixture evenly over one sheet of puff pastry, leaving a small border.

Cover with the second sheet of puff pastry. Crimp the edges to seal.

Cut slits on top for steam to escape. Brush the top with a beaten egg.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry is puffed and golden brown.
