- Walnuts, finely ground250g
- Granulated sugar100g
- Milk50ml
- Honey1 tbsp
- Cinnamon1 tsp
- Egg, beaten, for brushing1
- Powdered sugar, for dustingoptional

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the filling: In a bowl, combine ground walnuts, sugar, milk, honey, and cinnamon. Mix until well combined.

Unroll the puff pastry sheet onto a lightly floured surface. If using two sheets, press the seams together.

Spread the walnut filling evenly over the puff pastry, leaving a small border.

Carefully roll up the pastry from the long side.

Place the roll seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. You can shape it into a coil if desired.

Brush the top with the beaten egg.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
