- Whole milk500ml
- Orange blossom water1 tsp
- Orange zest1 tsp

Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F).

Prepare the caramel: Melt 100g sugar in a saucepan until amber. Pour into the bottom of a baking dish or individual ramekins.

In a bowl, whisk eggs, the remaining 100g sugar, milk, orange blossom water, orange zest, and a pinch of salt.

Strain the custard mixture into the caramel-lined mold(s).

Bake in a water bath for 45-60 minutes (large mold) or 30-40 minutes (ramekins) until set.

Cool completely at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Unmold onto a serving plate or serve directly from ramekins.
