Prepare the dough: Combine flour and salt. Add egg and 100 ml water to form a firm dough. Knead until smooth and let rest for 30 minutes.

Prepare the filling: Mix grape molasses (pekmez) with chopped walnuts.

Shape the dumplings: Roll out the dough thinly, cut circles, fill with pekmez-walnut mixture, and fold into crescent shapes, sealing edges.

Boil the dumplings: Boil in salted water for 8-10 minutes until they float and are cooked through. Drain.

Make the spiced syrup: In a saucepan, combine 300g pekmez, 100ml water, cinnamon stick, and cloves. Heat gently, stirring until smooth. Simmer for 5 minutes to infuse flavors.

Serve: Place the boiled dumplings in a shallow bowl. Pour the warm spiced pekmez syrup over them. Garnish with a few extra chopped walnuts if desired.
