- Breadcrumbs100g
- Powdered sugarfor dusting

Boil potatoes until tender, peel, and mash them while still warm. Let cool slightly.

Add flour, egg, and salt to the mashed potatoes. Knead into a soft, pliable dough.

Wash plums, remove pits, and fill the cavity with 1 teaspoon of sugar. Close the dough around each plum, forming a round dumpling.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Carefully add the dumplings.

Boil dumplings for about 10-15 minutes, or until they float to the surface and are cooked through.

While dumplings cook, melt butter in a pan and toast breadcrumbs until golden brown.

Remove cooked dumplings from water with a slotted spoon. Roll them in the toasted breadcrumbs.
