  • Olive oil4 tbsp
  • Lemon juice2 tbsp
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste
  • Cherry tomatoes1 cup, diced
  • Kalamata olives1/2 cup, pitted and chopped
  • Capers2 tbsp, drained
  • Red onion1/4 cup, finely diced
  • Fresh parsley1/4 cup, chopped
  • Garlic1 clove, minced

    Season tuna steaks with salt and pepper.
