- Fresh tuna steaks4 x 200g
- Olive oil4 tbsp
- Lemon juice2 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Cherry tomatoes1 cup, diced
- Kalamata olives1/2 cup, pitted and chopped
- Capers2 tbsp, drained
- Red onion1/4 cup, finely diced
- Fresh parsley1/4 cup, chopped
- Garlic1 clove, minced

Season tuna steaks with salt and pepper.

Prepare the salsa: In a bowl, combine diced tomatoes, chopped olives, capers, diced red onion, chopped parsley, minced garlic, 2 tbsp olive oil, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.

Brush tuna steaks with remaining 2 tbsp olive oil.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
