Cut tuna steaks into 2.5cm (1-inch) cubes.

In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, juice of half a lemon, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, and chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper.

Add tuna cubes to the marinade, toss to coat, and let marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours) in the refrigerator.

Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.

Thread marinated tuna cubes onto the soaked skewers, leaving a small space between each cube.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grill grates.

Grill the tuna skewers for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through and slightly charred. Avoid overcooking.
