Cut tuna steaks into 2.5cm (1-inch) cubes.

In a bowl, combine olive oil, juice of half a lemon, minced garlic, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, chopped cilantro, salt, and pepper.

Add tuna cubes to the marinade, toss to coat, and let marinate for at least 45 minutes in the refrigerator.

Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
