Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

Clean the sea bream, score the sides, and season with salt and pepper.

Wash and chop the Swiss chard. Mince the garlic.

In a baking dish, combine the Swiss chard, minced garlic, 40 ml olive oil, raisins, and pine nuts. Season with salt and pepper.

Place the seasoned sea bream on top of the chard mixture. Drizzle with the remaining olive oil and white wine.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through. Baste occasionally.
