  • Bacon100g
  • Garlic2 cloves
  • Smoked paprika1 tsp
  • Parmesan cheese75g
  • Butter20g
  • Olive oil1 tbsp
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste
  • Fresh chivesfor garnish

    Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper.

    Dice bacon and cook in a skillet until crispy. Remove bacon bits and set aside, leaving some bacon fat in the skillet.

    Add olive oil and butter to the skillet. Sear chicken pieces until golden brown. Remove chicken and set aside.

    Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 30 seconds. Stir in smoked paprika.

    Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce thickens.
