- Red bell pepper1/2
- Yellow bell pepper1/2
- Kalamata olives100 g
- Capers2 tbsp
- Fresh oregano1 tbsp, chopped
- Lemon juice3 tbsp
- Olive oil3 tbsp
- Saltto taste

If using whole pre-cooked octopus, cut it into bite-sized pieces. If using tentacles, slice them.

Dice the red and yellow bell peppers.

Pit and halve the Kalamata olives.

In a bowl, combine the octopus pieces, diced bell peppers, olives, capers, and chopped fresh oregano.
