- Garlic4 cloves, minced
- Dry white wine200 ml
- Cherry tomatoes200 g, halved
- Red chili flakes1/2 tsp (or to taste)
- Fresh parsley1 bunch, chopped
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Water50 ml

Clean the mussels thoroughly.

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add minced garlic and chili flakes, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the mussels, halved cherry tomatoes, white wine, and half of the parsley. Season with salt and pepper.

Cover and cook over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes, until mussels open. Shake the pot occasionally.

Discard any unopened mussels. Stir in the remaining parsley and serve immediately.
