Sastojci
- Shrimp1 kg, peeled and deveined
- Olive oil4 tbsp
- Garlic6 cloves, minced
- White wine200 ml
- Canned crushed tomatoes400 g
- Fresh parsley1 bunch, chopped
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Breadfor serving

Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add the shrimp to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink.

Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for 2 minutes to allow the alcohol to evaporate.

Stir in the crushed tomatoes. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Bring the sauce to a simmer and cook for another 5-7 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld and the sauce to thicken slightly.

Stir in most of the chopped fresh parsley. Cook for 1 more minute.

Serve hot, garnished with the remaining parsley. Serve with crusty bread for dipping.
