- Olive oil4 tbsp
- Garlic4 cloves
- White wine200 ml
- Crushed tomatoes400 g
- Parsley1 bunch
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Water100 ml

Clean and cut the squid into rings and tentacles.

Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add the squid to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until it turns opaque.

Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for 2 minutes to reduce slightly.

Stir in the crushed tomatoes and water. Season with salt and black pepper.

Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat, cover, and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the squid is tender.

Stir in chopped fresh parsley just before serving.
