Finely dice the prosciutto.

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.

Melt the butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Add the diced prosciutto and cook for 2-3 minutes until lightly browned and fragrant.
