Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Slice the baguette into 1cm thick rounds.

Brush the baguette slices lightly with olive oil and place on a baking sheet. Toast in the oven for 8-10 minutes until golden and crisp.

Remove crostini from oven and let cool slightly. Spread a thin layer of soft goat cheese on each crostini.

Drape a small piece of pršut over the goat cheese on each crostini.
