- Potatoes300g
- Onion1 large
- Garlic2 cloves
- Olive oil2 tbsp
- Vegetable or fish broth1 liter
- Diced tomatoes200g
- Green peas (frozen)100g
- Dillfor garnish
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Peel and dice the potatoes. Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic.

Cut the cod fillets into large chunks.

In a pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté the chopped onion until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add diced tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Pour in the broth, add the diced potatoes, and bring to a boil. Cook for 10-15 minutes until potatoes are almost tender.

Add the cod chunks and green peas. Simmer gently for 5-7 minutes, or until the cod is cooked through and flakes easily.
