  • Smoked kielbasa sausage8 oz

  • Red bell pepper1/2 medium

  • Olive oil3 tablespoons
  • Apple cider vinegar2 tablespoons
  • Dijon mustard1 teaspoon
  • Salt1/2 teaspoon
