  • Garlic1 clove, minced
  • Olive oil50ml
  • Lemon juice1 tbsp
  • Fresh parsley1 tbsp, chopped
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste
  • Waterfor soaking

    In a bowl, combine the flaked cod, chopped olives, capers, sun-dried tomatoes, red onion, and minced garlic.
