Prepare the dough: Mix flour, egg, salt, and water until a smooth, elastic dough forms. Knead for 10 minutes. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes.

Prepare the filling: In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, crumbled feta, chopped spinach, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Roll out the dough thinly on a floured surface.

Spread the spinach and feta filling evenly over the dough, leaving a small border.

Carefully roll up the dough like a strudel, sealing the edges.

Cut the roll into 2-3 cm thick slices.

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a baking dish, melt the butter. Arrange the štrukli slices in the dish.
