Prepare pizza dough as per traditional method (see Recipe 1). Let rise.

Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C) with a pizza stone.

Lightly crush San Marzano tomatoes with salt.

Halve the cherry tomatoes.

Tear buffalo mozzarella into large pieces.

Shape dough into rounds.

Spread a thin layer of crushed tomatoes on the base.
