- Breadcrumbs1/2 cup
- Eggs1 large
- Capers, drained and chopped2 tablespoons
- Kalamata olives, pitted and chopped1/4 cup
- Fresh parsley, chopped2 tablespoons
- Garlic, minced1 clove
- Olive oil, for frying3 tablespoons
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

In a bowl, flake the drained tuna.

Add breadcrumbs, egg, chopped capers, chopped olives, chopped parsley, and minced garlic.

Season with salt and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until combined.

Shape the mixture into small meatballs.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Fry the meatballs for 6-8 minutes, turning, until golden brown and cooked through.

Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.

Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley or dill.
