Sastojci
- Chicken breast, cut into cubes500 g
- Mlinci (dried pasta)250 g
- Chicken broth500 ml
- Heavy cream200 ml
- Mushrooms, sliced200 g
- Onion, finely chopped1 small
- Garlic, minced2 cloves
- Butter30 g
- Olive oil1 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Fresh dill, choppedfor garnish

Season chicken cubes with salt and pepper. In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté chicken until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, melt butter. Add chopped onion and sauté until softened. Add minced garlic and sliced mushrooms, cook until mushrooms are browned.

Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan.

Add the mlinci to the simmering sauce. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring, until softened.

Return the cooked chicken to the pan. Stir to combine and heat through.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. If the sauce is too thick, add a little more broth or cream.

Serve hot, garnished with fresh dill.
