- Mlinci250g
- Butter50g
- Onion1 large
- Garlic2 cloves
- Chicken or turkey broth2 cups
- Fresh sage1 sprig
- Saltto taste

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

Season turkey pieces generously with salt and pepper. Mince garlic and chop onion.

Melt butter in a large oven-safe skillet or roasting pan. Sear the turkey pieces until golden brown on all sides.

Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the pan, sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened.

Pour in the broth, add the sage sprig. Bring to a simmer.

Place the pan in the preheated oven. Roast for 45-60 minutes, or until turkey is cooked through and juices run clear. Baste occasionally.

Remove turkey from the pan and set aside to rest. Keep the pan juices warm.

Break mlinci into a bowl. Pour about 1.5 cups of the hot pan juices over the mlinci. Stir well. Add a little hot water if needed.

Transfer the mlinci to a small baking dish and bake for 10-15 minutes until tender.

Serve the roasted turkey pieces with the prepared mlinci, drizzled with extra pan juices.
