- Oyster sauce1 tbsp
- Garlic, minced2 cloves
- Coriander root, minced1 tsp
- White pepper1/2 tsp
- Lime juice2 tbsp
- Sugar1 tsp
- Red chili flakes1 tsp
- Shallots, thinly sliced1/4 cup
- Fresh cilantro, chopped2 tbsp

Slice the beef thinly against the grain.

In a bowl, combine fish sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, minced garlic, minced coriander root, and white pepper. Marinate the beef in this mixture for at least 30 minutes.

Prepare the dipping sauce: In a small bowl, mix lime juice, sugar, red chili flakes, sliced shallots, and chopped cilantro. Add a pinch of salt if needed.

Grill the marinated beef over medium-high heat until cooked to your desired doneness (medium-rare is recommended).
