- sweet soy sauce (kecap manis)3 tbsp
- soy sauce1 tbsp
- chili sauce (sambal oelek)1 tsp
- egg1
- vegetable oil1 tbsp
- bean sprouts50g
- saltto taste

Mince garlic.

Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant.

Add pre-cooked chicken or shrimp and stir-fry briefly.

Push ingredients to one side. Crack egg into the empty space and scramble. Mix with other ingredients.

Add yellow noodles. Pour in sweet soy sauce, soy sauce, and chili sauce. Season with salt and black pepper.

Toss well until noodles are coated and heated through. Add bean sprouts in the last minute.
