Bahan
- Thick yellow noodles500g
- Pork loin, thinly sliced150g
- Shrimp, peeled and deveined150g
- Garlic, minced3 cloves
- Dark soy sauce3 tbsp
- Light soy sauce2 tbsp
- Vegetable oil2 tbsp
- Chicken or prawn stock (from cube/powder)150ml
- Bok choy, chopped100g
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Fried onions for garnish1 tbsp

Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large pan over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add sliced pork loin and stir-fry until cooked through.

Add shrimp and stir-fry until pink.

Add the thick yellow noodles to the wok. Pour in the dark soy sauce and light soy sauce. Stir to coat.

Pour in the stock. Stir-fry until the noodles absorb most of the liquid and are well-coated.

Add the chopped bok choy and stir-fry until just wilted.
