- Garlic powder1 tsp
- Ginger powder1 tsp

Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized cubes. Soak bamboo skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, lime juice, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper. Add chicken cubes and toss to coat. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
