- Chicken thighs, cut into pieces1 kg
- Soy sauce1/3 cup
- Vinegar1/3 cup
- Garlic, minced4 cloves
- Whole peppercorns1 tsp
- Water1/2 cup
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Vegetable oil1 tbsp
- Green onions, slicedfor garnish
