Bahan
- Jasmine rice, cooked and cooled4 cups
- Chicken breast, diced200g
- Shrimp, peeled and deveined150g
- Shallots, finely chopped3
- Garlic, minced3 cloves
- Red chilies, finely chopped (optional)1-2
- Eggs4
- Kecap manis (sweet soy sauce)4 tbsp
- Terasi (shrimp paste), toasted and mashed1 tsp
- Vegetable oil3 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Cucumber slices, for garnish1/2
- Fried shallots, for garnish2 tbsp

Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add shallots, garlic, and chilies (if using) and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add diced chicken and shrimp, stir-fry until cooked through.

Push the ingredients to one side of the wok. Crack the eggs into the empty side and scramble them. Once cooked, mix them with the other ingredients.

Add the cooled cooked rice to the wok. Break up any clumps and stir-fry to combine with the other ingredients.

Stir in the kecap manis and mashed shrimp paste. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Continue to stir-fry until everything is well combined and heated through.

While the rice is finishing, fry the eggs separately until sunny-side up.

Serve the Nasi Goreng Cina hot, topped with a fried egg and garnished with cucumber slices and fried shallots.
