Bahan
- Jasmine rice, cooked and cooled4 cups
- Beef sirloin, thinly sliced200g
- Shallots, thinly sliced4
- Garlic, minced3 cloves
- Red chilies, finely chopped2
- Sweet soy sauce (Kecap Manis)3 tbsp
- Shrimp paste (Terasi), toasted1 tsp
- Vegetable oil2 tbsp
- Eggs4
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Cucumber, sliced1/2
- Tomato, wedged1
- Fried shallots, for garnish2 tbsp

Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove beef and set aside.

Add sliced shallots, minced garlic, and chopped chilies to the wok. Stir-fry until fragrant and shallots are softened.

Add the cooled cooked rice to the wok. Break up any clumps and stir-fry until heated through.

Stir in the toasted shrimp paste, sweet soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to coat the rice evenly.

Return the cooked beef to the wok and stir-fry for another minute to combine.

While the rice is finishing, fry the eggs sunny-side up in a separate pan.

Serve the Nasi Goreng Daging hot, topped with a fried egg. Garnish with cucumber slices, tomato wedges, and fried shallots.
