- Pre-cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined200g
- Garlic, minced2 cloves
- Ginger, grated1 tsp
- Nasi Goreng spice paste (store-bought)3 tbsp
- Sweet soy sauce (Kecap Manis)3 tbsp
- Vegetable oil2 tbsp
- Eggs, scrambled or fried2
- Spring onions, chopped, for garnish2
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

Add the Nasi Goreng spice paste and stir-fry for another minute until aromatic.

Add the pre-cooked shrimp and stir-fry briefly until heated through.
