  • Cooked rice (preferably day-old)4 cups
  • Pre-cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined200g
  • Garlic, minced2 cloves
  • Ginger, grated1 tsp
  • Nasi Goreng spice paste (store-bought)3 tbsp
  • Sweet soy sauce (Kecap Manis)3 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil2 tbsp
  • Eggs, scrambled or fried2
  • Spring onions, chopped, for garnish2
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste

Langkah

    Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

    Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
