Cook jasmine rice according to package directions.

Heat rendang in a saucepan until warmed through.

For Sambal Prawns: Mince garlic and shallots. Heat oil in a wok, sauté garlic and shallots until fragrant. Add chili paste and cook for 1 minute. Add prawns, soy sauce, sugar, and salt. Stir-fry until prawns are cooked.

For Stir-fried Long Beans: Cut long beans into bite-sized pieces. Heat oil in a wok, stir-fry long beans until tender-crisp. Season with salt.
