- Ginger1 inch piece

- Red chilies (sliced)2
- Coconut milk (light)150ml
- Tamarind paste1 tsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Cooking oil1 tbsp
- Water50ml

Mince or finely chop ginger and garlic. Slice red chilies.

Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add beef cubes and brown them quickly on all sides.
